Today was a really wonderful day! We started out with mom sleeping a little later than normal, and then suited up for a beautiful day outside at the Bronx Zoo! After a spin through the Children's Zoo, a walk down memory lane for mom, and a couple of trips down the awesome twisty slide for Gabe, we met our friends the Connellys for some lunch and a monorail ride. We saw all kinds of other cool animals! Gabe's favorite was the tiger, but he also loved seeing the giraffes and elephants. Jonah really loved just being outside and seeing all the sights, but it wore him out and he slept through most of the monorail ride, which was fine with us. Later that day we met the Gessers and some other friends at Cadman Plaza and ended up with a yummy and friend-filled dinner at our favorite diner. After some calls to our favorite moms and grandmas, we all were ready for bed. All in all a great day!
