Summer 2010

Summer has really flown by, with barely a post from us. Sorry about that. We hope fall brings just as much fun, with a little extra down time for mom to keep this updated. For now, here are some of this summer's greatest hits:

A few highlights from our last-minute trip to Florida while we had some time off before mom's new job started.

Everyone had a great time, but don't these boys look happy to be home?

We had a great visit from Meryl, who brought the boys Cubs hats in anticipation of our trip to Chicago!

We spent a lot of time at The Rockaways this summer -- was a perfect way to enjoy the beach without having to travel very far.

Plus there were some wonderful Brooklyn adventures -- a trip over the Brooklyn Bridge!

And Jonah's first trip to see the Cyclones in Coney Island. Yes, the hot dog was his favorite part.

And more trips to our amazing new Brooklyn Bridge Park (Pier 1 and Pier 6) than we can count!

In August, we went to Governor's Island for the first time. Man, that place is awesome! Between the ferry ride to get there and the cool bicycle/cart that we used to see the island, there was a lot to love.
