Day two started with a fun run around the Mall and all the Smithsonian Museums in Washington, DC! Dad decided to actually run and mom was going to just walk with Gabe and Jonah and Aunt Alexis. Gabe decided he could run with dad, though, so we took off. It didn't last, so we waited for Aunt Alexis, Jonah, and Uncle Dave. We eventually pulled a Rosie Ruiz, and cut across the Mall, just in time to find dad! But we sure saw some cool things along the way. Of course, Jonah slept through most of it, protected from the beautiful day by Tim Tebow (who else?)!
We did return to a hero's welcome. What a fun morning!
