This weekend we celebrated Mom's birthday. It was supposed to be a big celebration with lots of our friends, but Gabe was a bit under the weather so we figured it wasn't a great idea to expose everyone to a fever. The Simpsons were willing to brave it, though, and showed up with some delicious cupcakes. Thank goodness Harper and Gabe were there to help mom blow the candles out too!
